1、 Organic silicon defoamer

Organic silicon defoamers have the characteristics of high efficiency, stability, non toxicity, and environmental friendliness. It has a fast defoaming speed, long defoaming time, and can maintain stability over a wide range of pH values and temperatures. In addition, organic silicon defoamers have good compatibility and are not easily reactive with other components in concrete.

2、 Polyether defoamer

Polyether defoamers have the advantages of good dispersibility, thorough defoaming, and no impact on concrete performance. This type of defoamer is typically used in concrete formulations that require high dispersibility and stability. However, polyether defoamers may lose some activity under high temperature conditions, so careful selection is necessary in high-temperature construction environments.

However, such defoamers may contain ingredients that are harmful to human health and the environment, so strict adherence to safety operating procedures is necessary when using them. In addition, mineral oil defoamers may affect certain physical properties of concrete, such as impermeability and durability.

4、 Inorganic defoamer

Inorganic defoamers such as phosphates, silicates, etc. have the characteristics of environmental protection, non toxicity, and high temperature resistance. This type of defoamer is usually used in concrete formulations that require high temperature stability. However, the defoaming speed of inorganic defoamers may be slower and the defoaming time may be relatively short.
