With the advancement of technology, cars have gradually become popular, but many people may not yet know the materials and manufacturing processes of car tires. Due to the fact that the main component of car tires is rubber, there are always some air bubbles during the rubber production process. Currently, most of the rubber products we use are industrial synthetic rubber. Due to the need to add some curing agents, thickeners, fluorescent agents and other additives during the preparation process to enhance its various properties, these additives will produce a large amount of gas after chemical reactions under certain external conditions, leading to foaming.
Technicians have provided the following common factors for the causes of blistering in rubber products:
The first reason is insufficient vulcanization, low temperature or short time, resulting in incomplete elimination of volatile substances generated during vulcanization;
The second reason is that the sulfurization pressure is insufficient, and the trapped gas and sulfide volatiles cannot be discharged in a timely manner;
The third reason is that there is air or moisture in the rubber material;
The fourth reason is that the vulcanization temperature is too high, and the surface of the rubber material is vulcanized too early, which hinders the free precipitation of water vapor and air in the rubber material;
The fifth reason is that the vulcanization speed of the rubber material is too fast.
