Gypsum self leveling defoamer mainly works through the following mechanisms:

Surface tension reduction: Reduce the surface tension of gypsum slurry, making it easier for bubbles to burst.

Membrane breaking effect: A thin film is formed on the surface of the bubble, which is then broken through physical and chemical reactions, causing the bubble to rupture.

Wetting penetration: Quickly penetrate into the inside of the bubble, by changing the pressure distribution inside the bubble, promote the bubble to rupture and be discharged.

Stable dispersion: Evenly disperse in gypsum slurry to prevent the aggregation of defoamer particles and ensure the durability of defoaming effect.
