Direct addition: Add the defoamer directly to the water-based varnish in proportion and stir evenly.
Pre mixing: Pre mix the defoamer with a small amount of solvent or water, and slowly add it to the coating to avoid excessive local concentration.
Post addition: In some cases, defoamers can be added shortly after the coating is formulated and before use to ensure optimal results.

Usage skills
Control the dosage: Excessive addition may cause coating delamination or affect performance. It is recommended to gradually increase the dosage to the optimal level.
Uniform stirring: Ensure that the defoamer is evenly dispersed in the coating to improve its effectiveness.
Pay attention to the construction environment: avoid construction under high temperature, high humidity or strong wind conditions to reduce the generation of foam.
