SHORT DESCRIPTION:

1133 is mainly composed of polyether siloxane copolymer, which is a silicone leveling and slipping agent with excellent performance.

FEATURES:

1133 can strongly reduce surface tension, provide excellent substrate wetting and prevent shrinkage holes. It can greatly enhance surface smoothness and substrate wettability in water-based, solvent-based coatings and ink systems, UV systems, etc. It also can significantly improve fluidity. It has good recoatability, and can improve scratch resistance and anti-adhesion performance. Meanwhile, it has high efficiency, high compatibility (minimize risk of fogging). It has little effect on interlayer adhesion and can  provide smooth hand feel for leather topcoats.

APPLICATIONS:

1133 is especially suitable for automotive paints, industrial coatings, inks, wood and furniture coatings, leather finishes, etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Pre-diluted or supplied form directly added to the coating system. Recommend dosage: Automotive paint (0.03-0.2%), wood and furniture paint (0.05-0.3%), leather finish paint (0.1-1.0%).

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

SHELF LIFE:

Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
