SHORT DESCRIPTION:

1304 is a levelling agent composed of fluorocarbon modified silicone with good compatibility and super anti-shrinkage holes ability.

FEATURES:

1304 can strongly reduce surface tension. It has high temperature resistance which make it no thermal decomposition within 250°C. It does not affect recoating, and, it can provide certain hand feel and has matte powder orientation ability. It can prevent shrinkage caused by unclean base material, exterior pollution or insoluble substance (like defoamer or silicone oil). Besides, it can promote surface flatness, prevent floating color and improve smoothness, etc.

APPLICATIONS:

1304 is suitable for various water-based, solvent-based and solvent-free coating systems, especially suitable for industrial baking varnishes, light-curing coating, UV systems, automotive paints, etc., it also can be used as a safe anti-shrinking holes agent.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

The additive can be added at any stage of the production process or post-added. Recommend dosage 0.05~1%.

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
