SHORT DESCRIPTION:

9181 is mainly composed of  high molecular polymer block phosphate amine salt, which is an excellent anionic polymer dispersant.

FEATURES:

9181 deflocculates the pigment through the double function of steric hindrance and electric charge. Due to the small particle size of the deflocculated pigment, it can obtain a high gloss and improve the color intensity. In addition, the transparency of transparent pigments and the hiding power of opaque pigments are also improved. This product has a strong viscosity reduction effect and storage stability. Due to the reduction of viscosity, the flow performance is improved. It can improve the gloss and increase the content of pigments. The biggest feature of this product is strong alkali resistance (PH value above 12 is workable). Especially for titanium dioxide, its solid content can be 70% and still has viscosity like water. GS-9181 can be used in water-based coating systems, printing inks, electronic inkjet and plastics. It is a standard additive for non-resinous pigment concentrate and universal pigment concentrate. This product can be used in polyester, polyurethane, acrylic, epoxy, styrene propylene system, etc. It is suitable for titanium dioxide and filler paste, especially printing paste, which can improve solid content. It is suitable for waterborne industrial paint, industrial paint, leather paint, latex paint, waterborne ink, waterborne general color paste, iron oxide (iron yellow iron red, etc.), alumina, zinc oxide, pesticide, etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS: 

Grinding can only be carried out in water and grinding resin, the auxiliary is mixed with water, and the additive must be fully dispersed before adding the pigment. According to the amount of different use systems, the amount of additives (purchased form) based on pigments is, inorganic pigments: 2%-5%, the above data is the empirical amount, the best amount needs to be determined through a series of tests.

SHELF LIFE:

Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture. Stratification or turbidity may occur when stored or transported at temperatures below 0℃. Heat to 20℃ and stir before use.
