SHORT DESCRIPTION:

9993 is a high molecular polymeric hyperdispersant containing multiple anchoring groups and is a high molecular polymeric polyurethane block copolymer containing pigment philic groups.

FEATURES:

9993 has wide versatility, almost suitable for all solvent-based systems, good matching with commonly used paint resins and has good versatility in paint systems; It has excellent ability to prevent flocculation and back coarsening. Compared with small molecule wetting dispersant, it can greatly prolong the storage stability of grinding paste. It can significantly improve the wetting and dispersing ability of the base material to the pigment filler, greatly reduce the operating viscosity of the grinding system, increase the pigment filling amount, improve the fluidity and shorten the grinding and dispersing time.

APPLICATIONS

9993 has excellent wetting and dispersing ability for various organic pigments, inorganic pigments, titanium dioxide and carbon black. This product is cost-effective, suitable for medium polarity and high polarity system. It can be used for PU, NC, PE, UV, coil coating, baking paint, etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS: 

For excellent performance, it should be added to the abrasive before dispersion or added to the system before high-speed dispersion to ensure that it is dissolved or dispersed in the system.

Depending on the amount of different use systems,  titanium dioxide 3-4%; Inorganic pigments 4%-8%; Organic pigments 20-50%; Ordinary carbon black 25-50%; High pigment carbon black:60-150%; Matting powder 10-20%, the specific amount is subject to test.
