SHORT DESCRIPTION:

9033 is a high-molecular block copolymer containing special functional monomers. It is a  dispersant for both water and oil systems.

FEATURES:

9033 has wide versatility and suitable for water-based, water-soluble, solvent-based and various solvent-free coating systems. It has excellent wetting and dispersing effects for various inorganic pigments and fillers. It has extremely low water absorption and excellent viscosity reduction effect when used in water-based coatings, and does not affect water resistance and salt spray resistance. It has extremely cost-effective and comprehensive performance when used in solvent-based and solvent-free coating systems. This product has excellent functions of reducing viscosity, improving gloss, and improving storage stability of coatings. This product will not decompose when baked at high temperature, and can be used stably in baking paint systems. This product is mainly for the wetting and dispersing of inorganic pigments and fillers.

APPLICATIONS:

9033 can be used for the dispersion of titanium dioxide. It can also increase the loading of pigments, improve the hiding power of titanium dioxide. Meanwhile it is suitable for the preparation of universal color paste. This product can be widely used in inorganic color, titanium dioxide,titanium dioxide etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

It should be added to the grinding material before dispersion or added to the system before high-speed dispersion to ensure its dissolution or dispersion in the system. According to different systems, the addition amount is different.

For titanium dioxide 3-5%; inorganic pigment 5%-10%; organic pigment 20-60%; ordinary carbon black 30-60%; high pigment carbon black: 80-150%; matting Powder 10-20%, the specific dosage is subject to the test.
