SHORT DESCRIPTION:

1420  is a wetting and defoaming agent via the reaction of ethylene oxide with alkynol surfactant.

FEATURES:

1420 can improve the hydrophilicity of the product, increase its solubility in water, improve wetting and defoaming properties. It can wet metal and plastic surfaces. Even if the surface is dusty and oily, it can also wet the substrate well. It will not stabilize the foam but can help defoam. It can reduce both static and dynamic surface tension. It has the functions of wetting, leveling and defoaming etc.

APPLICATIONS:

1420 can be used in water based coating, adhesive, ink, gloss oil, water based cleaning agent.  For those coating films requirement strict control of surface defects, this agent can be used to prevent problems such as shrinkage holes, pinholes, and fish eyes etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

It is recommended to add 0.3-1% and stir at high speed for 30 minutes during use.

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

SHELF LIFE：

Store in a cool dry place at 5-35°C. Shelf life is 60 months from the date of manufacture.
