SHORT DESCRIPTION:

860 is mainly composed of acrylic acid. It is a kind of fine water-soluble acrylic acid copolymer dispersion. It is easily soluble in water and can quickly produce uniform slurry.

FEATURES:

860 is a high-quality thickener specially developed for paint, printing industry, various chemical additives, etc. This product is environment friendly and reliable, it has excellent performance and soft hand feeling. It has no mesh blocking and seepage with high color yield and bright colors. It has excellent dry and wet fastness. The using amount for this thickener is small, and the paste formation is convenient and quick. The storage is stable. It does not contain toxic substances and can be used in  combination with a variety of paint pastes.

APPLICATIONS

860 is mainly used in: thickening of water-based paints, adhesives, glues, seam paints, water-based inks, textiles, various printing processes, cleaning agents, defoamers, etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Add water to this product and stir it mechanically at high speed to prepare a basic paste. It can also be stirred and mixed with other components such as adhesives, dyes, cross-linker, etc. which make it form a paste at one time.  When beating, add a small amount of ammonia water to this product can improve the speed of paste. Before use, it should be observed whether there is stratification. If yes, it should be stirred evenly before applicaion while its effect will not be affected. The dosage is generally 0.3~2%.

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

PACKAGE:

130KG plastic pail or IBC.

SHELF LIFE:

The storage temperature is 5-40°C. If the product freezes, it can be thawed by placing the package with the product in warm water. Shelf life is 12months from the date of manufacture
