SHORT DESCRIPTION:

823  It is a perfluorooctane polyether surfactants. FEATURES:

Its water solubility is good, can greatly reduce the surface tension of the system. It can produce rich and fine foam. It has good emulsification, dispersibility, water solubility and decontamination, and is an important new non-ionic fluorocarbon surfactant.

APPLICATIONS

Can  be  used  as  a  cleaning agent raw material, can  be used in water-based coatings, varnishes to provide leveling, wetting and shrinkage resistance, and can be used in all other systems that need to reduce surface tension.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

According to the production needs, it can be pre-configured according to the concentration of about 1%, or it can be directly added. The actual concentration of fluorocarbon surfactant is only about

0.003% (about 30ppm).

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a

series of laboratory tests.

SHELF LIFE

Room Temperature Storage(5  C-40  C), Avoid direct sun light, in case of frozen, warm the emulsion under room temperature. Avoid to heat up the emulsion directly. Shelf life is 36 months from the date of manufacture.
