SHORT DESCRIPTION:

1050 is a reactive organosilicon compound with modified terminal hydroxyl groups. It has a highly reactive hydroxymethyl end functional group - CH2OH. Its reactivity is much higher than that of ordinary hydroxyl silicone oils with Si-OH as reactive functional groups.

FEATURES:

Through its reaction with isocyanate or amino resin, etc., silicone components can be brought into the coating, thereby improving the properties of the coating such as low-temperature flexibility, water resistance, smoothness, tear and stretch resistance etc. Meanwhile, it can be formed permanent low surface tension layer on the surface of the paint for permanent smooth and anti-graffiti effect. This product is not foam stable (with defoaming effect) and has strong surface orientation ability of matte powder and metallic pigment.

APPLICATIONS:

1050 has strong versatility and is suitable for various solvent-based coatings, light-curing systems, water-soluble and water-based coatings, especially for matte wood topcoats, elastic touch paints, solvent-based and water-based baking varnishes. This product is resistant to marker pens and has anti-graffiti effect. It has additional peel-off effect. It can increase the PU hand feeling and can be used in polyurethane and acrylic resin systems, can increase softness, anti-sticking, hydrophobic and oleophobic effects. It is also suitable for silicone rubber, leather and other industries .

APPLICATION PROCESS:

1050 can be added at any stage of production. Recommend dosage: 0.1-2%.

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
