SHORT DESCRIPTION:

S634 is a kind of emulsion type modified silicone antifoam agent, it is composed of polysiloxane, modified polysiloxane, silica, dispersing agent and stabilizing agent etc, and it is one highly effective and versatile foam control agent.

FEATURES:

S634 can maintain good anti-foam effect at low concentration, and is suitable for direct addition at low and high temperature. It is one highly efficient defoamer developed for various biological water recycling treatment systems. The features is below: can eliminate biological bubbles, static and dynamic bubbles, large bubbles, high viscous liquid bubbles; fast defoaming, long time foam suppression, low dosage, and non-toxic, no adverse side effects. In particular, it has no side effects on various bacteria in water treatment. It is highly dispersible in water and is well compatible with liquid products.

APPLICATIONS:

Paper pulping, oil drilling mud, spray booth sewage, industrial circulating water, all kinds of aeration tank water treatment, biological waste water treatment, pharmaceutical plant water treatment, landfill leachate and various industrial water treatment.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Can be directly added in the manufacturing process. Shake up before use, or use after dilution. Metering pump can be used for dosage control, the recommended dosage is 50ppm~0.3%

The added amount is different according to the dosage of the system. The adding point should be determined according to the production condition and follow the rules to minimize the defoamer dosage to control the foam.

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), avoid direct sun light, shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
