SHORT DESCRIPTION:

S263 is a kind of emulsion type modified silicone antifoam agent. It is composed of polysiloxane, modified polysiloxane, silica, dispersing agent and stabilizing agent etc.

FEATURES:

S263 can maintain good anti-foam effect at low concentration, excellent compatibility, high temperature resistance, small dosage, fast defoaming, long-lasting anti-foam, good stability, easy to disperse in water. It will not float or precipitate and will not react with the slurry or system and affect the quality of the product.

APPLICATIONS:

S263 is suitable for waterborne paint, ink, textile penetrant, printing paste, various textile additives, adhesives, building glue, metal processing, oil removal agent, cleaning agent, all kinds of acrylic acid emulsion system and other water-based systems.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Can be directly added in the manufacturing process or use after dilution. Shake up before use.

The added amount is different according to the dosage of the system.The best amount should be determined by the test. In general, the dosage is about 0.1-0.3% to get the expected anti foaming performance.

25/200kg plastic pail or 1000kg IBC tank

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), avoid direct sun light, shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
