T01 is a defoamer specially developed for strong acid systems.

APPLICATIONS

T01 is widely used in various slurry-like systems and other strong acid systems,such as wet phosphoric acid, titanium dioxide production, boric acid production, and phosphate fertilizers.

 

Concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated hydrochloric acid, concentrated nitric acid environment, acid hydrolysis temperature above 80℃

 

APPLICATION PROCESS: 

T01 can be used by direct dripping or spraying, or diluted with water (immediate use). Use a pump to continuously add the defoamer into the foaming system. The generally recommended dosage is 0.6-1.3‰ of the weight of the mineral powder invested in production. The best dosage should be determined by the user according to the specific situation.

 

PACKAGE:

25kg/ 50kg/ 200kg plastic pail or 1000kg IBC tank. Customization is available.

 

SHELF LIFE:

Storage and transportation as general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place.The shelf life is one year from manufacture date in an environment of about 25℃. Do not expose to the sun, store in a cool, wind-proof place, keep in a sealed container, and do not store at high temperatures or frozen.
