SHORT DESCRIPTION:

S510 is a kind of emulsion type modified silicone antifoam agent, it is composed of polysiloxane, modified polysiloxane, silica, dispersing agent and stabilizing agent etc.

FEATURES:

S510 can maintain a good anti-foam effect at low concentration, excellent compatibility, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, fast defoaming speed, long time foam suppression, good stability, easy to disperse in water, no floating, residue and precipitation, less dosage, will not react with the system and affect the processing of products.

APPLICATIONS:

S510 is suitable for textile pretreatment, textile overflow tank dyeing, dyestuff production, water-based paint and glue, all kinds of acrylic acid emulsion etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Can be directly added in the manufacturing process, it can be also used after dilution. The added amount is different according to the different system.The best amount should be determined by the test. In general, the dosage is about 0.1-0.3% to get the expected anti foaming performance.

PACKAGE:

25/200kg plastic pail or 1000kg IBC tank.

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), avoid direct sun light, shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
