SHORT DESCRIPTION:

SP851 is a kind of modified silicone antifoam agent, it is composed of modified polysiloxane, polyether etc. 

FEATURES:

Good compatibility, can be used stably at high temperature (130°C). It also can be used under strong acid and alkali conditions without demulsification or floating oil. This product has high concentration, low viscosity, long time foam suppression, good temperature stability. This product is an excellent defoaming agent and anti-foam agent, it shows good effect in high temperature and high pressure system, it can get expect effect even at very low dosage.

APPLICATIONS:

SP851 is suitable for acrylic emulsion polymerization, high temperature dyeing, finishing, chemical fiber oil agent, textile sizing, softening agent, fermentation process, metal processing industry and other water based systems.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

SP851 is a high concentration liquid, use after dilution, recommend dosage 0.02%-0.3%, appropriate amount of defoamer can effectively prevent and eliminate foam, do not use excessive. Stirring evenly before use, the defoamer should be added before foam formation, which can more effectively prevent the formation of foam and eliminate foam.

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), avoid direct sun light, shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
