SHORT DESCRIPTION:

C687 is composed of a variety of organic compounds synergists, polyethers and fatty alcohol ethers.  

FEATURES:

Compared with ordinary silicone defoamer, this product has good compatibility, fast defoaming, good stability, easy dispersion in water, no floating, less dosage, long-lasting foam suppression, also suitable for middle and high temperature system, and it will not demulsify and affect the quality of the product or react with slurry. It can maintain good anti-foam effect at low concentration.

APPLICATIONS:

C687 is suitable for various waterborne industrial paint, automotive paint, various sewage treatment systems, such as: spray booth water treatment, landfill leachate, chemical sewage, all kinds of aeration tanks, all kinds of membrane sewage treatment systems. Also suitable for ore flotation, vinylon pipe building materials etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

C687 can be added after dilution, can also be added directly after foam generation or as a foam suppression component into the product, according to different using systems, the usual adding amount is 0.1-0.3%, the best adding amount is determined by the customer according to the specific situation of the test. The product can be used after diluting with thickening water.

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), Avoid direct sun light, shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
