SHORT DESCRIPTION:

7436 is a silicone polyether defoamer with good water solubility. Its main ingredients are polyether modified polysiloxane, polyether, etc.

FEATURES:

The outstanding advantage of 7436 is that it has good compatibility and can be used stably under high temperature, strong acid and alkali conditions without failure of demulsification and oil bleaching. This product has good stability, easy dispersion in water, fast defoaming, good versatility, and good compatibility with the foaming medium. It is also non-corrosive, non-toxic, no adverse side effects, non-flammable, non-explosive, highly safe.

APPLICATIONS

7436 can be used in acids, alkalis, electrolytes and hard water. This product is specially designed for defoaming and suppressing foam in desulfurization and decarbonization systems, circulating water treatment and delayed coking processes in thermal power plants, petrochemicals and fertilizer production industries.

APPLICATION PROCESS: 

7436 can be directly injected into the foaming system, or it can be diluted with a suitable solvent according to the site conditions. When adding it to the foaming system as a foam suppressor in advance, pay attention to its compatibility with the system. The recommended addition amount is 0.05-0.3%.

SHELF LIFE:

Store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight, and do not place near heat sources. After use, ensure sealing to avoid deterioration. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
