310 is a solvent-based silicone-free defoamer that can effectively eliminate foam produced in oily systems during production, packaging and construction.

FEATURES:

310 is characterized by ultra-low surface tension, which can effectively make the formed foam film in an unstable state and quickly break. It can prevent some organic silicon defoaming agents from causing paint film problems due to excessive dosage and other reasons. This product has defoaming properties. It is fast and has strong foam suppression, which can effectively prevent shrinkage and defoaming without affecting recoatability.

APPLICATIONS

310 is used in primer, mid-coat, varnish, etc. This product can be used in printing ink, screen printing ink, UV ink, printing ink, solvent-based glazing oil, synthetic resin, unsaturated polyester resin, automotive paint, anti-corrosion coating, fire retardant coating, coil coating, varnish, UV coating system, It can also be used as defoaming in dyes, asbestos tiles, coatings, oil drilling, papermaking, biological water treatment and other industries.

APPLICATION PROCESS: 

The recommended dosage is 0.1-0.5% of the total amount. The optimal dosage must be tested before use. The dosage should not be too much to avoid shrinkage.

SHELF LIFE:

310 should be stored at room temperature and sealed immediately after each use. The shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
