SHORT DESCRIPTION:

T2939 is a defoamer synthesized from special silicon polyether, fumed silica, etc. It has excellent dispersibility with fast defoaming, long-time foam suppression and high content.

FEATURES:

T2939 can be used in water-based, solvent-based/oil-based systems. It can be applied in defoaming of high-temperature, strong alkali and high-viscosity systems. This product has good stability and excellent formulation adaptability. It can be used in a wide range of temperature and pH value and easy to operate. It has strong dispersibility in water with fast dispersion rate and does not affect transparency. It has excellent compatibility, good compatibility with solvent. It is a high-efficiency defoamer and, it is suitable for adding at the paint let-down stage, can also be added before high speed dispersion or grinding, and can be added at any stage in the paint making process.

APPLICATIONS:

T2939 is suitable for acrylic emulsion, PUA, PUD and other water-based paint systems. It can be used in varnish and color paint systems. It is applied in industrial paints, wood paints, inks, etc., especially suitable for emulsified epoxy systems.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

T2939 can be added directly. It can also be diluted with solvents (such as kerosene, xylene), etc. then add the diluted solution to the foaming system with a metering pump. It can be added after the foam is generated or added to the product as an anti-foaming component. Recommended dosage: 0.1-0.5% of the total amount.

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

SHELF LIFE:

Stored at room temperature and away from light. It must be sealed immediately after usage each time. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
