SHORT DESCRIPTION:

M583 is a highly efficient non-silicon defoamer synthesized from vegetable oil, polyether, dispersant, emulsifier etc. It has rapid defoaming and long time foam suppression effect, which is not affected by temperature and pressure.

FEATURES:

Completely silicone free, high safety, no harm to the skin, good compatibility, not limited by temperature and pH, wide use. The defoamer has the characteristics of small dosage, high efficiency, convenient use, long-lasting action, good versatility and stable storage.

APPLICATIONS:

M583 can effectively eliminate the foam in various latex paint and emulsified adhesive materials without any side effects. It can also be successfully used in gloss oil, ink, adhesive, acrylic acid emulsion, polyurethane emulsion, paper coating, printing glue, synthetic latex, leather edge oil, water-based laminating glue etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

M583 can be added directly, no need dilution. Recommend dosage: high viscosity latex paint coating system (0.1-0.5)%, low viscosity latex paint and water soluble paint (0.05-0.3)%

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

PACKAGE:

25kg/ 50kg/ 200kg plastic pail or 1000kg IBC tank.

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), avoid direct sun light, in case of frozen, warm the emulsion under room temperature. Avoid to heat up the emulsion directly. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
