PD684 is a powder form defoamer, it is made of special alcohol ester, silicon polyether etc, combined with a variety of active additives.

FEATURES:

Small dosage, strong defoaming strength, long time foam suppression, good water solubility, good dispersion, strong acid and alkali resistance, it is an efficient powder defoaming agent. When mixed with latex and adhesives, it does not affect the performance of adhesives, does not react with system and can eliminate the foam of a variety of systems containing water-based systems.

Starch glue, carpet glue, powder coating, styrene butadiene latex, various back glue, oil removal powder, starch gelatinization, degrease powder etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

PD684 can be spread directly onto the surface of the foam for defoaming. It can also be sprayed onto the foam surface after mix with water. It can also be evenly mixed with other powdered auxiliaries. The general addition amount of this product is 0.1-0.5%.
