SHORT DESCRIPTION:

P623 is mainly composed of polyether, special defoaming synergist and dispersant, etc. It is a self-emulsifying defoaming agent.

FEATURES:

P623 has good effect in strong acid or strong alkali system, it has characteristics: long time foam suppression, no demulsification, no oil floating, good transparency, good foam suppression, no silicon, no silicon spot, no residue, less dosage, good compatibility and completely environmental friendly, no side effects.

APPLICATIONS:

P623 can be applied to the system requirement of transparency, strong alkali resistance and strong acid resistance. It can be used in washing daily chemical, detergent, laundry liquid, waterborne paint, waterborne wood paint, automotive paint, plastic paint, leather paint, epoxy metal paint, etc. It can also be used for latex gloves, steel plate cleaning, alkaline cleaning agent, circuit board cleaning, degreaser, beer bottle cleaning, glass bottle cleaning, a variety of water-based cleaning agent and other systems.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

It can be added directly or after dilution. Recommend dosage is 0.1-0.3%. 

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

PACKAGE:

25kg/ 200kg plastic drum or 1000kg IBC tank.

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), Avoid direct sun light, in case of frozen, warm the emulsion under room temperature. Avoid to heat up the emulsion directly. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
