SHORT DESCRIPTION:

SP290 is a silicone polyether defoaming agent, a highly effective defoamer specifically designed for machining fluids.

FEATURES:

SP290 can be used in water based, oil based and solvent based system, long time foam inhibition, it has stable and good effect in high temperature, strong alkaline, high viscosity system. This antifoam overcome the normal defoamer weakness of incompatible with emulsified oil, it is easy to mix with various lubricants, and will not float on the surface, it has high anti-shear capability during the grinding process, no floating oil when saponified oil is mixed with water, and will not leave clingage on the surface of machine.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Add Directly, it can be added after the foam generation or as a foam suppression component added to the product. According to different use systems, the amount of defoamer can be 10~1000ppm. In order to obtain full defoaming effect, it is best to add the defoaming agent without dilution to the system, and the optimal amount must be tested before use.
