SHORT DESCRIPTION:

PD222 is a powder form defoamer, it is made of organic silicone polyether and other surface active composite.

FEATURES:

Strong defoaming and anti-foaming capability, high shear resistance, strong alkali and acid resistance, good anti-foam in the strong alkali or acid system, high electrolyte resistance, long time foam inhibition, no floating. It is a high efficiency and high compatibility powder defoamer. It can eliminate the foam of a variety of aqueous system.

APPLICATIONS:

Washing powder, detergent, soaking powder, oil removal powder, starch, degrease powder, water treatment, oilfield drilling mud additives, oilfield resin etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

The product can be spread directly onto the surface of the foam for defoaming. It can also be sprayed onto the foam surface after mix with water. It can also be evenly mixed with other powdered auxiliaries. The general addition amount of this product is 0.1-0.5%.

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.
