Facing the challenge of defoaming and improving product quality, prefabricated components are an important component of modern building industrialization, and the defoaming problem in their production process directly affects the accuracy and performance of the components. Firstly, analyze the various reasons for the generation of bubbles in the production of prefabricated components, such as raw material problems, improper production processes, etc. Subsequently, effective strategies for addressing defoaming challenges were discussed from multiple perspectives, including material selection, process improvement, and equipment upgrades. The importance of quality control system in the production of prefabricated components was emphasized, and it was pointed out that by establishing a sound quality control mechanism, the yield and quality stability of prefabricated components can be further improved.
