SHORT DESCRIPTION:

9001 is a high molecular block polymer containing acidic groups. It is a universal deflocculation dispersant for both water and oil systems. It not only has good wettability but also has excellent anti-sedimentation ability.

FEATURES:

For various inorganic pigments and fillers, it has excellent viscosity-reducing and dispersing capabilities as well as increases gloss. It has a strong ability to prevent flocculation and back coarsening of the ground color paste, thereby greatly increasing the storage stability of the color paste. It is suitable for co-grinding and color separation grinding and can be widely used in SMC, BMC system to reduce viscosity. It is suitable for various polar systems, especially in medium and high polar systems. Meanwhile, it can significantly improve the wetting and dispersing ability of the base material for pigments and fillers, reduce the viscosity of the system, improve fluidity, and shorten the grinding and dispersing time. Its anchoring group is an acidic group, which make it will not react with an acid catalyst in a baking varnish or coil coating system.

APPLICATIONS:

9001 is suitable for various solvent-based coating systems and water-based systems. It is suitable for the dispersion of organic pigments and inorganic pigments (specially titanium dioxide), a variety of solvent-based inorganic pigments, specially for UPE, and has a good effect on dispersing silica, potting glue, red phosphorus powder, ceramic powder, etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

For excellent performance, it should be added to the grinding base before dispersing or added to the system before high-speed dispersing to ensure its dissolution or dispersion in the system.

Dosage depends on the using systems. For inorganic pigments 1%-5%, for basic carbon black 20%-40%. When used in water-based or water-soluble paints, it should be used as soon as possible after adding to water. The specific dosage is subject to the test.
