SHORT DESCRIPTION:

1504 is mainly composed of polyether siloxane copolymer. It is a silicone slipping and levelling agent with excellent performance.

FEATURES:

1504 can be used in water-based, radiation-cured and solvent-based formulations. It has good smoothness, significant anti-shrinkage hole, anti-adhesion/peeling effect, high efficiency and excellent compatibility (minimizing the risk of fog) as well as good oil breaking effect. It can significantly improve the fluidity and transparency in the varnish. It also has good anti-scratch, wear-resistant and good recoating property. It has little effect on the interlayer adhesion and can provide a smooth feel for the leather finish coat.

APPLICATIONS:

1504 is used in wood and furniture coatings, water-based and solvent-based industrial coatings, automotive paints, leather paints, UV-curable printing inks, etc. It is the best choice for industrial paint.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Pre-dilution or supply form can be added directly to the coating system; Pre-dilution with the recommended solvent will facilitate addition and mixing.

Automotive paints (0.03-0.2%), wood and furniture paints (0.05-0.5%), waterborne industrial paints (0.05-0.3%), radiation-cured printing inks and cover printing varnish (0.05-0.3%), leather top coating (0.1-1.0%).

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

SHELF LIFE:

Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
