SHORT DESCRIPTION:
1902W is mainly composed of polyether siloxane copolymer, it is a silicone antifoam agent with
excellent performance.
FEATURES:
1902W can be self-emulsified in water with excellent compatibility and strong ability to eliminate
micro bubbles. It is more suitable for adding in the stage of paint mixing, and, it can also be added
before high-speed dispersion or grinding. This product can be dispersed fast while without affecting
the transparency. It can be applied for a wide range of temperatures and pH values. It can be used in
aqueous formulations, also in varnish and color paint formulations. It is suitable for spraying coating
application and has high compatibility. It is widely used in acrylic emulsion, PUA, PUD and other
water-based coating systems to prevent microbubbles and macrobubbles. It can prevent foams in all
stages of production, filling and application with low VOC.

APPLICATIONS:
1902W is suitable for water-based industrial paint, industrial coat, printing ink, gloss oil, wood
furniture paint, amino paint and adhesive emulsion, etc. This product is especially suitable for
pigment systems based on phenylpropylacrylate emulsion, acrylic acid, acrylic acid/polyurethane.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
1902W is recommended to add it in its original form and make simple mixing with low shear force
before use. It can be added prior to production.
Industrial coatings, printing inks, gloss oils, adhesives, architectural coatings, leather topcoats
(0.1-1.0%), wood and furniture coatings (0.1-1.5%), thick transparent coatings (0.2-2.0%).
