This product is a modified polyether defoaming agent, contains a small amount of silica hydrophobic particles, excluding silicone substances and organic solvent, can be applied to the silicone sensitive application system, with efficient foam effect and system compatibility, no hole, good transparency in the system, not extinction, shear resistance, under high shear, has excellent defoaming and foam inhibition ability, there is no oil hair phenomenon. It is suitable for the vast majority of water-based systems and can be used with silicone foam to balance the compatibility of silicone foam. In plastics, paint, ink, adhesives, paper applications, in comply with FDA food contact regulations. Suitable for all kinds of water-based industrial paint, plastic paint, water-based color paste grinding, water-based ink, surface light oil, water-based car original box repair paint, water-based polyurethane glue, water-based emulsion, and other emulsion polymerization, suspension polymerization, etc.

 Use process

 This product can be directly added, can also be the defoaming agent with solvent or water dilution, fully stirred before use, for coating and ink application, can be added in the dispersion grinding stage or paint stage, fully dispersed can help the coating system, to avoid the production of surface defects, and does not affect the luster. For the color slurry system, it has excellent defoaming, and will not affect the downstream application of the product.

The recommended amount of defoagent is 0.1% -1.0%, and the best amount is decided according to the specific test.
