SHORT DESCRIPTION:

PD582 is a high efficiency powder form defoaming agent. It is made of special polyethers and a variety of active additives.

APPLICATIONS:

Specially designed for a wide range of building materials, this product is suitable for both neutral and alkaline systems and is compatible with most additives, such as various surfactants, MC derivatives, CMC, TEX starch, starch ether and water-soluble polymers such as polyvinyl acetate etc. It can be used in cement self-leveling, plastering mortar, putty powder, mortar repair agent, grout material, press slurry, powder coating, dry powder mortar, cement mortar, asbestos tile system, calcium silicate board etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

PD582 can be directly spread into the foam surface , can also be sprayed onto the foam surface after dilution by water, can also be evenly mixed with other powdered additives, the general addition amount is 0.2-0.5%. The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.
