SHORT DESCRIPTION:

PD156 is a powder form defoamer. It is composed of special polyether ester and active auxiliary agent.

PD156 is an efficient powder defoamer with cost-effective, acid and alkali resistance, fast defoaming, strong foam suppression, high electrolyte resistance, high shear resistance, good compatibility, good dryness, can eliminate the foam of a variety of water-containing systems.

APPLICATIONS:

PD156 is suitable for various dry mortar, grout, pressed slurry, mortar column, self-leveling cement, cement mortar, calcium silicate board, rubber powder, cellulose etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

PD156 can be directly spread into the foam surface, can also be sprayed onto the foam surface after mix with water, can be evenly mixed with other powdered additives after use, the general addition amount is 0.02-0.3%.

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.
