SHORT DESCRIPTION:

P190 is a special polyether defoamer, completely silicon-free, which has good defoaming effect and persistent anti foam capability.

FEATURES:

High temperature resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, small dosage, non-toxic and non-corrosive. This product has long time foam suppression, superior dispersion, and can be evenly dispersed into the cement system.

APPLICATIONS:

Specially designed for the production of asbestos tile, can also be widely used in the production of calcium silicate board, gypsum board, cement tile, red tile, cement well cover and other cement building materials industry.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

P190 can be poured into the muddy water tank and pumped for recycling. It can be diluted with water before use. It is not recommended to add it to the mixing pot. The general addition amount is 0.05 ~ 0.3%.

PACKAGE:

25kg/ 200kg plastic pail or 1000kg IBC tank.

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), Avoid direct sun light, shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
