SHORT DESCRIPTION:

S609 is a kind of emulsion type modified silicone antifoam agent, it is composed of polysiloxane, modified polysiloxane, silica, dispersing agent and stabilizing agent etc

FEATURES:

S609 can maintain good anti-foam effect at low concentration, excellent compatibility, alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, fast defoaming, long time foam suppression, good stability, easy to disperse in water, no floating, no residue and precipitation, less dosage, suitable for defoaming and antifoam in high temperature aqueous solution system. And, it will not react with the system to affect the processing of products.

APPLICATIONS:

S609 can be used for high temperature dyeing (130℃), polyester/cotton dyeing, textile additives, bleaching, sizing, aqueous system not exceeding 130℃, high temperature and alkali system such as cleaning agent etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

Can be directly added in the foaming system, it can be also used after dilution.

The added amount is different according to the dosage of the system.The best amount should be determined by the test. In general, the dosage is about 0.1-0.5%.

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), Avoid direct sun light, shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
