SHORT DESCRIPTION:

S039 is a kind of emulsion type modified silicone antifoam agent, it is composed of polysiloxane, modified polysiloxane, silica, dispersing agent and stabilizing agent etc.

FEATURES:

S039 is one highly effective and versatile foam control agent. It offer quick foam break performance, excellent persistency. It can maintain good defoaming effect at low concentration, especially suitable for defoaming systems requiring high compatibility. It shows high temperature resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, high shear resistance, good stability and easy to disperse in water, no oil floating, good versatility, and good compatibility with foaming media.

APPLICATIONS:

S039 can be used in textile printing and dyeing, medium and high temperature dyeing, metal cleaning, electroplating, daily chemical, ink, water treatment, various acidic systems and other industries.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

S039 can be directly added in the manufacturing process. Shake up before use, or use after dilution.

The added amount is different according to the dosage of the system.The best amount should be determined by the test. In general, the dosage is about 0.1-0.3% to get the expected anti foaming performance.

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), Avoid direct sun light, shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
