SHORT DESCRIPTION:

S505 is composed of polysiloxane, silicone polyether, silica, dispersant and stabilizer, it is an efficient defoamer with very small dosage.

FEATURES:

Good compatibility, fast defoaming, good stability, easy dispersion in water, self-emulsification, less dosage, long time foam suppression, strong versatility. Excellent effect for elimination micro foam. This product has no side effects, has the advantages of non-stick roll, no odor, no floating, no oil spots etc, will not affect the film formation and will not produce shrinkage, fish eye and other problems.

APPLICATIONS:

S505 is suitable for all kinds of acrylic acid system such as water-based gloss oil, water-based color paste grinding, all kinds of paint paste, ink paste, pressure sensitive adhesive, water-based ink, water-based slurry, etc. It can also be used for water-based wood paint, low viscosity paint, water-based polyurethane emulsion, emulsion polymerization etc

APPLICATION PROCESS:

S505 can be added after the foam is generated or added to the product as a foam suppression component. According to different use systems, the amount of antifoam agent is 0.1-0.3%, the best addition amount is determined by the customer according to the specific situation of the test.

PACKAGE:

25/200kg plastic pail or 1000kg IBC tank.

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), avoid direct sun light, shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
