SHORT DESCRIPTION:

8811 is a high-efficiency non-silicon defoaming agent synthesized from mineral oil, polyether, dispersant, emulsifier, high-grade lipid, etc.

FEATURES:

8811 has rapid defoaming and anti-foaming effects and is not affected by temperature and pressure. The biggest features: silicone-free, high safety, no harm to the skin, good compatibility. It is not limited by temperature and pH with wide range of uses. This defoaming agent has the characteristics of low dosage, high efficiency, convenient use, long-lasting effect, good versatility and stable storage. It can effectively eliminate foam in various latex paints and emulsified adhesives without any side effects.

APPLICATIONS

8811 is an ideal defoaming agent in latex systems. This defoaming agent can also be successfully used in varnish, ink, adhesive, acrylic emulsion, polyurethane emulsion, paper coating, water-based sand mining coating, road marking paint, interior and exterior wall latex paint, engineering coatings, synthetic latex, glue , leather edge oil, water-based coating glue, water treatment and other industry processes for defoaming.

APPLICATION PROCESS: 

8811 does not need to be diluted with water and can be used directly. The dosage must be appropriate. Dosage testing of various materials must be done before use. The recommended dosage range is: general and high-viscosity latex paint (0.3-0.8)%; low-viscosity latex paint and water-soluble paint (0.01-0.3)%; resin emulsion (0.03-0.5)%. For latex paint, this defoaming agent can be added once when grinding and dispersing pigments, so that it can be effective for a long time. It can also be added twice during the grinding stage and the paint mixing stage. The amount of addition at each stage can be adjusted.

SHELF LIFE:
