SP640 is very easy to disperse, it has self-emulsification, high temperature resistance, strong alkali resistance, less dosage, fast defoaming, long time foam inhibition, wide use, good water solubility, no side effects, no roller stick, no odor, no floating, no oil spot advantages. It will not affect the film formation and will not produce shrinkage, fish eyes and other problems.

APPLICATIONS:

SP640 is suitable for a variety of low viscosity ink varnish, such as wallpaper ink, PU surface treatment ink, etc., can be used for a variety of acrylic systems such as water-based varnish, water-based adhesive, water-based varnish, pressure sensitive adhesive, water-based ink, water-based slurry, etc. It can also be used for waterborne polyurethane emulsion, waterborne wood paint, low viscosity paint etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

The product should be added after stirring evenly before use to ensure complete dispersion. It can be added after the foam is generated or added as a foam suppression component to the product. According to different use systems, the amount of defoamer added is 0.1-0.3%, and the best amount is determined by the customer according to the specific situation.

25kg/ 200kg plastic pail or 1000kg IBC tank.

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), avoid direct sun light, shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
