SHORT DESCRIPTION:

SP240 is composed of silicone polyether, stabilizer etc, with excellent dispersion and defoaming properties, fast defoaming, long time foam suppression, high concentration.

FEATURES:

SP240 can be used for water-based, solvent-based/oil-based system. It can also be used for high temperature, strong alkali, high viscosity and other systems. The defoamer has good compatibility, no extinction, strong anti-shear ability and no oil floating appearance. The product has good stability and good compatibility with various solvents. It is an efficient defoamer.

APPLICATIONS:

SP240 is suitable for all kinds of industrial paints, inks, coatings, varnishes, bright finish paint, water-based pressure sensitive adhesive, gloss oil, water-based polyurethane glue and so on (can not used for grinding)

APPLICATION PROCESS:

SP240 can be added directly, or the defoamer can be added after dilution with solvent or water, the recommended addition amount of defoamer is 0.1%-0.5%,

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

PACKAGE:

25kg/ 200kg per drum.

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), avoid direct sun light, in case of frozen, warm the emulsion under room temperature. Avoid to heat up the emulsion directly. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture date.
