5750 is a polyolefin non-silicon polymer solution with excellent anti-foaming, defoaming and foam-breaking effects.

APPLICATIONS:

5750 is specially designed for coil coatings, amino baking varnishes, nitro dip coating, acid curing amino, UV, Unsaturated polyester PE wood system, two-component PU, epoxy system and epoxy potting glue, etc. It is suitable for flow coating, various roller coating, spraying solvent-based or solvent-free systems.

 

APPLICATION PROCESS:

5750 can be added at any stage of production. For best performance, it should be added into abrasive prior to grinding. If added at the later stage, it should be via enough high shear force to ensure good dispersion and prevent shrinkage holes. Recommended dosage: generally 0.1-1% of the total amount.

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

 

PACKAGE:

25KG and 200kg plastic pail.

 

SHELF LIFE:

Store in a dry and ventilated place. The storage temperature is kept at 5℃ ~35℃. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
