SHORT DESCRIPTION:

P116 is a highly concentrated and efficient antifoaming and defoaming agent composed of special polyethers and auxiliary agents.

FEATURES:

P116 will not cause silicon spot residual, easy to clean equipment. It has excellent anti-foam performance, high stability and good water dispersion. The biggest feature of this product is high temperature resistance and strong alkali resistance. In most application systems, it does not demulsify and block the screen. It does not float and affect the post-processing. It has a strong foam suppression ability.

APPLICATIONS:

P116 can be used in fermentation, textile printing and dyeing, water-based ink, adhesive, PCB production process, transparent cleaning agent, cement building materials and concrete,  electroplating, other silicon-free system.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

P116 can be directly added or sprayed to use, can be diluted with water or alcohol. The general recommendation to add the amount of 0.01-0.3% of the total product, the best dosage should be determined by the user according to the specific situation.

25kg/ 200kg plastic pail or 1000kg IBC tank.

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), avoid direct sun light, shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
