SHORT DESCRIPTION:

F610 is a high-efficiency defoaming and foam suppressing agent formulated with special silicone polyethers as the main ingredients.

FEATURES:

F610 can maintain good defoaming and foam suppressing effects at low concentrations. It has fast defoaming and long foam suppression time. It is especially suitable for defoaming systems that require good compatibility. This product has good stability, high temperature resistance, acid resistance and strong alkali resistance, easy dispersion in water, good versatility. It has good compatibility with defoaming media.It has no oil drift, no shrinkage, and no fish eyes in the paint.

APPLICATIONS

F610 has very good compatibility and can be used as degreasing agent, refining agent, penetrant,cleaning agent. It can be used in textile printing and dyeing industry,  textile slurry, cutting fluid, circuit board, , industrial washing, coating, cleaning supplies, and beer bottles cleaning, etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS: 

F610 has excellent defoaming and anti-foaming properties and can be used after dilution. It can be added after the foam is generated or added to the product as a foam-suppressing component. According to different usage systems, the added amount of defoamer can be 0.1%~0.3%. The optimal addition amount is determined by the customer based on specific conditions.

SHELF LIFE:

Store at 10~30℃, do not place near heat sources or expose to sunlight. Do not add acid, alkali, salt and other substances to this product. Follow general chemical storage methods. After use, ensure sealing to avoid deterioration. Under the recommended storage temperature and unopened packaging conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
