SHORT DESCRIPTION:

501 is made of special polyether as the main component and other auxiliary agent, it’s a high concentration and high efficiency antifoaming agent. No silicon spot residue on the tank wall, easy to clean the equipment. This product has excellent antifoam performance, in addition to high stability and water dispersion performance. This product is specially designed for the cleaning of circuit board in developing, DE-film, water treatment and strong alkali water process, and can also be widely used in developing. The most characteristic of this product; In the cleaning solution does not demulsify, does not block the net, does not float, does not affect the subsequent processing and has a strong anti-bubble ability. This product becomes turbidible when diluted with water and transparent when diluted with methanol.

APPLICATIONS

501 can be used in the whole process of PCB production, low bubble transparent cleaning agent, electroplating and other silicon-free systems. 

APPLICATION PROCESS: 

501 is highly concentrated and can be added after dilution with methanol. Better added before foam

formation . Usually, the initial concentration is 0.3 ~ 0.5ml per liter of tank solution, and the amount should be increased when the tank solution reaches saturation due to the dissolution of dry or wet film. 501 can be diluted with water before use. Directions: It is better to stir the product before using in order to get the best effective result.

PACKAGE:

25kg/ 200kg plastic pail or 1000kg IBC tank. 

SHELF LIFE:

Room Temperature Storage(5°C-40°C), Avoid direct sun light, in case of frozen, warm the emulsion under room

temperature. Avoid to heat up the emulsion directly. Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
