1099 is a polyacrylate leveling agent adsorbed by ultra-fine silica. This product has a good distinctness of image, which can effectively increase surface clarity and reduce haze.

FEATURES:

1099 has the effect of reducing the surface tension of the coating film, eliminating fish eyes, prevent shrinkage holes, and effectively promote leveling. It has a significant effect on improving the gloss and distinctness of image (DOI) of the coating film. It can improve the wetting of the substrate and reduce orange peel. This product does not contain silicone ingredients, so it does not have interference and affect recoating adhesion. This product can be added directly to mix and extrude with other components. It does not contain wetting accelerator, users can add it according to the actual situation.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

1099 can be added at any stage of the production process or post-added.Recommend dosage 0.5-1.2%.
