SHORT DESCRIPTION:

1833 is a non-silicon ionic polyacrylate levelling agent. It is one universal water-based non-silicon levelling agent.

FEATURES:

1833 has good levelling effect and does not affect the interlayer adhesion, it has strong substrate wetting ability and has certain defoaming and anti-shrinkage holes performance. This levelling agent hardly reduces the surface tension. It has strong acid and alkali resistance and can enhance long-wave leveling and post-leveling, which make it has an excellent final leveling effect, and easy to obtain final flat paint film.

APPLICATIONS:

1833 has no or few side effects. It is suitable for medium and high polarity solvent-based systems and water-based systems. This product has excellent leveling property in water-based system and high safety in use. It is suitable for water-based industrial paint, water-based paint, water-based wood paint, water-based amino baking paint, etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

1833 can be added at any stage of the production process or post-added. Recommend dosage:0.1~1%.

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
