SHORT DESCRIPTION:

1665 is mainly composed of acrylate copolymer, which is one non-silicon leveling and slipping agent with excellent performance, it has good compatibility.

FEATURES:

1665 can strongly reduce surface tension, provide excellent substrate wetting and anti-shrinking holes performance as well as improve leveling and gloss. It has good recoatability. It can improve scratch resistance as well as the flow and leveling of the coating film. Compared with many other leveling agents, this product can also prevent flow marks and sagging. It has better leveling performance than polyether modified leveling agent.

APPLICATIONS:

1665 is used in various solvent-based systems, solvent-free systems, solvent-based polyurethane systems, epoxy systems.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

1665 has a high viscosity, it is best to pre-dilute it with solvents such as butyl acetate and ethyl acetate before use. Some systems can also be directly added to the coating system in the form of supply. Recommend dosage :0.1~0.3%.

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.
