SHORT DESCRIPTION:

1853 is a non-silicon leveling agent of modified acrylic, it can reduce the surface tension of the paint film, thereby greatly improve the ability of the paint film to wet the substrate, prevent the formation of shrinkage holes and fish eyes and increase the distinctness of image.

FEATURES:

1853 has good temperature resistance and does not affect recoating. This product provides long-wave leveling and post-leveling. Compared with traditional non-silicon leveling agents, it has excellent compatibility in various resin systems. This product has strong substrate wetting ability and excellent leveling ability. It can ensure clear and haze-free paint film in bright light system. It can be used in solvent-based and solvent-free systems such as alkyd, acrylic, amino baking varnish, polyurethane and epoxy. Mirror effects can be achieved in gloss varnishes and gloss topcoats.

APPLICATIONS:

1853 is widely used in systems such as automotive refinish paints and light-cured coatings. It is recommended to be used for coil coatings, wood coatings, industrial coatings, automotive coatings, etc. It is suitable for spraying, flow coating and roller coating etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS:

The additive can be added at any stage of the production process or post-added. Recommend dosage: 0.1~1%.

The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. Optimal levels are determined through a series of laboratory tests.

Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
