SHORT DESCRIPTION:

5752 is a polyvinyl ether non-silicon polymer solution with excellent defoaming and foam suppression capabilities.

FEATURES:

5752 is a non-silicon defoaming agent with extremely excellent compatibility and strong anti-foaming properties. It can solve the problem of difficult defoaming in the system, inhibit the introduction of bubbles during stirring, and help tiny bubbles be released from the paint. It can solve the stirring bubbles of matte powder and zinc powder. It also can defoam when constructing porous substrates without affecting inter-layer adhesion.

APPLICATIONS

5752 is especially suitable for defoaming primers. It has the characteristics of high cost performance, wide versatility and few side effects. It is suitable for solvent-based and non-solvent-based coatings, inks, and thermosetting resin systems. It can be used to eliminate air bubbles generated during production, construction and substrate wetting. Recommended for two-component PU system, amino baking paint system, nitro dip coating system, acid curing, amino baking paint, coil coating, etc. (PU, NC, PE, epoxy and other solvent-based and solvent-free systems). It also can be used wood paint, industrial paint, anti-corrosion paint, etc.

APPLICATION PROCESS: 

For best performance, 5752 should be added to the grinding material prior to grinding. If added at a later stage, the shear force must be high enough to ensure good dispersion of the defoamer to prevent shrinkage.

SHELF LIFE:

Store in a dry and ventilated place at a storage temperature of 5℃-35℃.  The shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
